Our NYC SAGE Centers offer a diverse selection of virtual and in-person social activities and programs, and our Care Management Team provides holistic coordinated care for LGBTQ+ elders and those who care for them.

SAGE Miami Services for LGBTQ+ Elders provides social and financial relief programs to LGBTQ+ elders in Miami-Dade County. In Fort Lauderdale, SAGEServes runs a Friendly Visiting program that offers social support to homebound elders through weekly visits and calls by volunteers.
