SAGEServes — a division of SAGE, the world’s largest and oldest organization dedicated to LGBTQ+ aging — provides services and support so we can thrive together at every stage of life.

Who We Are

Rooted in the spirit of activism and community, SAGEServes builds on SAGE’s decades of leadership in LGBTQ+ aging. Through our welcoming community centers, innovative programs, and vibrant gatherings, we nurture joy, resilience, and belonging — creating spaces where LGBTQ+ people can age authentically, surrounded by friends and support. Because everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, and celebrated as they grow older.

What We Do

SAGEServes creates ever-growing opportunities to serve our community’s older people and support their unique needs. We do this through direct services at our four SAGE Centers and care management programs in New York City, programs designed to support LGBTQ+ elders across New York State, and programs designed for LGBTQ+ elders in Southern Florida.

New York Programs

SAGEServes helps older LGBTQ+ people live longer, happier, healthier lives by offering meals, classes, case management, informational resources, veterans’ services, social events, and much more at our SAGE Centers across NYC.

Florida Programs

SAGE is proud to offer services for LGBTQ+ elders in both Broward and Miami-Dade Counties. Together we can make a difference in supporting our older adult communities in Florida.
