Moving For Life

Moving for Life is a 12-week low-impact fitness series facilitated by instructor Evelyn, designed for older adults and individuals managing chronic illness. Each session includes a gentle warm-up, breathing and movement exercises, energizing dance, and strength building, with standing and seated options available throughout. All fitness levels welcome.
