SAGEServes Programs
Founded in New York City in 1978, SAGEServes offers innovative services and programs to LGBTQ+ elders and their peers throughout New York and through replicated programs in Florida. These include specialize programming for homebound elders, LGBTQ+ veterans, caregivers, and older people living with HIV/AIDS.

New York Programs

SAGE helps older LGBTQ+ people live longer, happier, healthier lives by offering meals, classes, and much more at our SAGE Centers across NYC.
Our SAGE Centers offer a diverse selection of virtual and in-person social activities and programs, and our Care Management Team provides holistic coordinated care for LGBTQ+ elders, their peers, and those who care for them. All are welcome, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.
SAGE also offers services which can be accessed from the home, including virtual events and the Friendly Visitor Program.
Florida Programs

Building off our NYC roots, we have expanded three programs into two counties in Southern Florida.
SAGE Miami Services for LGBTQ+ Elders provides social and financial relief programs to LGBTQ+ elders and their peers in Miami-Dade County.
In Fort Lauderdale, SAGEServes provides a Care Management Program and Friendly Visitor Program to elders in Broward County.
